Also, being the geeky engineer that I am I did some stress analysis on the frame to see if I could get away with a thinner gauge steel, and figure out which welds I could afford to be sloppy on. Anyway, I attached a couple pictures of my results. Feel free to share them if you think they would be useful to other builders.
