I will try to post some pictures here. Because i have trouble holding and welding at the same time, i build jigs to help. First i draw out the pieces as they go together on my workbench. then this is transferred to a jig. The angles are calculated from the drawing. Metal cut and clamped to jig and then welded. Excuse the poor welds. My trike will weigh 80 lbs with weld. I did the same for the main frame. the whole thing was clamped to a jig and welded. Leave room in the jig for tacking all corners.
